Recruitment Page: Executive Headteacher - Carisbrooke C.E. and Newport C.E. Primary School - Isle of Wight Council
Established in 2016, The Fellowship Federation brings together two successful Church of England Primary Schools, Carisbrooke C.E. Primary School and Newport C.E. Primary School. These two different sites, each have their own individual identity, character and ethos with exciting challenges and journeys ahead and now we're seeking an inspirational leader, aligned with our vision and values, to engage and motivate staff, pupils and parents, to build upon the successes already achieved and strategically lead the way for our school community.
"The biggest positive difference would come from strong, consistent and visible leadership that puts children’s wellbeing, progress and individual needs at the centre of every decision. I believe the permanent Executive Headteacher should create a positive culture where every child is encouraged to achieve their potential, regardless of their background or circumstances, and where academic achievement, confidence, resilience and preparation for life beyond school are given equal importance. " - Quote taken from our Parent Survey
Joining our team as the new Executive Headteacher will give you a chance to really test your strategic leadership as you drive school improvement, share best practice and raise academic standards.
