Beaulieu House is a Children’s Home and Short Breaks Service for children with disabilities, located in Newport, Isle of Wight. We are proud to have been graded ‘Good’ in our most recent Ofsted inspection, reflecting our commitment to high-quality care and support.

About the Role:

We are seeking two Apprentice Support Workers to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a rewarding career supporting children and young people with behaviours that challenge and complex medical needs.

As a Support Worker at Beaulieu House, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact and help improve the quality of life of our young people. We focus on developing independence through life skills, ensuring our children have fun and access new experiences.

We are child-led in our approach, always seeking activities tailored to each individual. Our young people have enjoyed exciting trips to Legoland, Robin Hill, Marwell Zoo, and many more adventures!

What You’ll Gain:

  • Hands-on experience in a supportive care environment
  • Full training and guidance to achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Level 4
  • A guaranteed permanent contract upon successful completion of the diploma
  • Access to a wide range of professional training including: Safeguarding, First Aid, PROACT-SCIPr-UK® (Positive Behaviour Support), Trauma Awareness, much more.
