Housing Services are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Choice Based Lettings team to support the function of the Island Homefinder Service. 

This fast-paced role will suit a highly organised individual, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and positive approach to work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting a first point of contact for housing related enquiries
  • Processing and maintaining Island Homefinder applications
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including members of the public, council staff, and internal and external organisations
  • Carrying out a range of administrative duties to support the function of the Island Homefinder Service

You’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting each other to deliver an excellent service. You will also be required to work unsupervised using your own initiative, with the ability to prioritise your work and manage your time effectively.
