1Leisure are recruiting to their bank of casual staff. Candidates are required to cover staff holidays & absences.

We are looking for a qualified leisure professional who is committed to deliver a first-class customer service, who will need to be enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated duty manager.  The position requires good interpersonal and practical skills and the ability to work as part of a team adapting to a changing environment.

Casual post as and when required, worked on shift which will include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

You must have a range of experience working within 1Leisure including in depth Knowledge of Scuba and the ability to manage a small team.

Relocation: For some vacancies (subject to criteria) a relocation scheme of up to £8,000 may be available if you are specifically relocating to the Isle of Wight to work with us, or if you choose to commute to the Isle of Wight daily, you may be eligible to have some travel costs reimbursed.
